DAILY RATE

Blue, Green, & Red Rooms (3-12 year olds): Full-time, 5 days/week = $145.00/week
Part-time, 1-4 days/week = $34.00/day

Purple Room (2-3 year olds): Full-time, 5 days/week = $150.00/week
Part-time. 1-4 days/week = $35.00/day

Yellow Room (1 year olds): Full-time, 5 days/week = $175.00/week
Part-time, 1-4 days/week = $42.00/day

Green Room  (6 weeks-1 year): Full-time, 5 days/week = $180.00/week

Part-time, 1-4 days/week = $43.00/day


REGISTRATION FEE
$35.00 at the time of enrollment and each year following enrollment.
$25.00 for children enrolled only during summer months at the Main Site.
$35.00 Registration Fee per year for School-Age Program.
$25.00 Registration Fee for School-Age Child that attend only the Summer School Age Program.

LATE FEE
The Center closes at 6:00 p.m. If a child is picked up at 6:00 p.m. or later, late fees will be charged: $10.00 for each additional 15 minutes or portion thereof.

BEFORE SCHOOL

  • $25.00 Registration Fee for children Before School only. (This fee is waived if child attends After School Program.)
  • MAIN SITE: $5.00 per day up to 7:30 a.m.
  • Before School 2 hour late start at Main Site due to inclement weather or other unplanned school closing (5:30-9:30 a.m.) $10.00 per session.
  • If school is cancelled and the child stays past 9:30 a.m., then the Daily Rate of $34.00 will be charged (5:30 a.m.-6:00 p.m.).

AFTER SCHOOL

  • $35.00 Registration Fee per School Year.
  • $9.00 flat rate per session. (School dismissal to 5:30 p.m.). ($45.00/week).
  • For Early dismissal due to inclement weather, scheduled early dismissal days, or any other early dismissal days, etc. a fee of $11.00 will be charged, if dismissal is before 12:30 p.m. or $6.00 for dismissals after 12:30p.m. in addition to the regular daily rate of $9.00.
  • Those children who are not contracted for set days (per schedule) must attend the program a minimum of three full days per week to hold a spot. You will be billed a minimum of $27.00 per week per child whether the child attends the program or not. The minimum may be increased if enrollment demand at the Program dictates.

ADDITIONAL NOTES

  • Parents will be billed at the full rate for scheduled days missed.
  • Along with a two week withdrawal notice, tuition for the scheduled days of the final two weeks of care must be paid in full, or child may not be scheduled for the final two weeks.
  • Failure to give a two (2) weeks written notice for withdrawal results in a drop-out fee equivalent to two (2) weeks scheduled tuition.
  • Tuition will be paid by Monday for services that week. If tuition is not paid by closing on Monday for services that week a $10.00 late fee will be added to your account on Tuesday morning.
  • Parent Lunch $3.00.

RATES WILL BE REVIEWED ANNUALLY BY BOARD OF DIRECTORS.
